Chris Keegan, Attorney
Keegan & Co. Attorneys has been in the Eastgate Cincinnati area for over 30 years and in Middletown for over 15 years and our attorneys have over 50 years of combined legal bankruptcy experience.
We have filed over 8,000 bankruptcies for satisfied clients during this time. I received my under undergraduate degree from the University of the Cumberlands and Law degree from the University of Cincinnati.
I began my career in 1988 as an Assistant Clermont County Prosecutor. From there I went into private practice opening the current firm in 1992.
I find bankruptcy practice very rewarding because of the tremendous good we do for people. The Bankruptcy Code is very powerful. It is very satisfying to use it to help clients, for example: stop a foreclosure, wipe out oppressive debt, end a wage garnishment, get relief from abusive collection practices, lower car and credit card payments, among others benefits.
It is rewarding to see our clients enjoy peace of mind as they receive their fresh financial start. It is our focus to fully implement the Bankruptcy Code to the benefit of our clients.
Robert Stiens, Associate Attorney
Robert Stiens earned his undergraduate degree from Morehead State University and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
Specializing his time in Law School to Bankruptcy, Robert has drafted articles for publication in national bankruptcy magazines and law review journals.
As a former prosecutor and intern for the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy trustee, Robert has developed highly regarded litigation skills and a unique insider perspective into the inner most decision making and workings of a federal bankruptcy office.
Robert is a lifelong local to Cincinnati and has a deep understanding of the issues and tribulations individuals face in the area.
